Your order ships within 1–2 business days with tracked delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
You have a 14-day return policy. If you want to return something, notify Footway at support@footway.com before sending your order back. State your order number and what you want to return, and you will receive a confirmation.

How to make a return
- Email support@footway.com before you send anything back. Footway handles our returns.
- State your order number and which items the return covers.
- Wait for the confirmation. Hand in the parcel only once you have it. The return label is in the parcel.
