14-day right of return. A simple process. Here is everything you need to know.
Returning an item
You can start a return within 14 days of your order being delivered. Contact us at kundservice@wallderinska.se with your name, address, order number and reason for return, and we will send you a return shipping label.
For a return to be approved, the following applies:
The garment must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received. It must not smell of perfume, have makeup marks or other signs of use.
The original packaging must be intact. The garment should be in its original bag.
All tags and labels must remain attached. If the tags have been removed, the return is not approved.
Items under SEK 350 are not covered by the right of return.
Bikinis, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Fees, standard shipping (DHL):
Return shipping costs SEK 139 for an order value under SEK 899 and SEK 189 for an order value over SEK 900.
Special shipping:
If you ordered with special shipping, for example home delivery via Postnord, Early Bird or Schenker, that extra cost is deducted from your refund in addition to the standard return cost.
Please note:
Returns sent by registered post to a collection point are not collected and are returned to the sender. If you notice damage to the packaging at collection, report it directly at the collection point.
Late returns and uncollected parcels:
A late return is charged SEK 300. As a customer you are responsible for following up your order and collecting the parcel within the stated time. If you receive no delivery notice or are unsure of your delivery status, contact us and we will help you. Uncollected parcels are charged SEK 400 regardless of shipping option.
Exchanging a size or product
We handle exchanges as returns. Return the garment and place a new order, choosing freely from all products. The first exchange is free of charge, provided you keep the new item. For purchases made with a discount code or on sale, an exchange fee of SEK 80 applies.
If you make several exchanges in a row without keeping any item, all shipping and return costs are charged.
Making a complaint about a product
All products from Wallderinska should be of the highest quality. If you discover a fault, contact us within a reasonable time, normally within 2 months of noticing the fault. Send photos, a description of the defect and your name, address and order number to kundservice@wallderinska.se. Each complaint is assessed manually within 14 days. An approved complaint is replaced with a new item.
Complaints apply to original manufacturing faults. Normal wear and damage that has arisen through use are not covered. Complaints that are not approved are returned to the sender.
If you received the wrong product
Contact us at kundservice@wallderinska.se with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will send a return shipping label and make sure the right product reaches you.
Refunds
Once we have received and registered your return, it takes 7–14 banking days for the money to reach your account. If you paid with Klarna, pause your invoice via their service until the refund has been registered.
