Shipping policy

Delivery

All prices include VAT.

• Sweden: free standard shipping over SEK 899. Below SEK 899, shipping is SEK 49.
• Germany, Austria and Switzerland: free standard shipping over EUR 99. Below EUR 99, shipping is EUR 6.95.
• Other duty-free EU countries: shipping EUR 5.99.

Any customs duties for Switzerland are handled by us in advance and are not visible to you as a customer.

Delivery time is normally 1–2 working days from when the order has been shipped. Public holidays do not count as delivery days. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time.

Please note that within Sweden we do not deliver to addresses requiring boat transport, with the exception of Gotland. You may need to show identification when collecting your package.

Order confirmation: Once we have received your order, we send an order confirmation by email or text message, depending on what you choose at checkout.

Transport damage: If transport damage occurs, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Damage should be reported within reasonable time of being noticed. Open and inspect your products carefully upon receipt.

Uncollected packages: You are responsible for collecting your package within the stated time. Uncollected packages are charged SEK 400, covering shipping both ways, handling and administrative costs.
