Shipping policy

Delivery

All prices include VAT.

• Belgium, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain: EUR 5.99.
• Finland: free standard shipping over EUR 99. Below EUR 99, shipping is EUR 6.95.
• Greece EUR 6.99. Poland PLN 19. Czechia CZK 129. Hungary HUF 1899.
• Iceland ISK 2599. United Kingdom from GBP 5.99. USA USD 30. Canada CAD 35.99.

For deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the EU, you as the customer pay any customs duties, import taxes, import VAT and handling fees yourself. Wallderinska does not cover these costs and does not refund them.

Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days to Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Italy and Spain, 2 to 5 working days to the United Kingdom and other European countries, 2 to 6 working days to the USA and 3 to 7 working days to Canada and Iceland, counted from the order being dispatched. Public holidays do not count as delivery days. We always do everything we can to hold the estimated delivery time.

Bear in mind that you may need to show identification when collecting your parcel.

Order confirmation: Once we have received your order, we send an order confirmation by email or SMS, depending on what you choose at purchase.

Transport damage: If transport damage occurs, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. A report must be made within a reasonable time after the damage is noticed. Open and inspect your products carefully on arrival.

Uncollected parcels: As a customer you are responsible for collecting your parcel within the stated time. Uncollected parcels are charged at EUR 40 or the equivalent in your currency. This covers shipping both ways, handling and administrative costs.

Before returning an item

Before you send your order back, notify Footway at support@footway.com that you want to make a return. State your order number and what you want to return. The return is then registered and you receive a confirmation. Once you have the confirmation, hand in the parcel where you collected it. When the warehouse has scanned and approved your return, your money is refunded. The refund can take up to 14 days. Footway handles our returns and refunds, so that is where returns must be reported.
