Everything you need to know about delivery, payment and your rights as a customer.
Delivery
All prices include VAT. Standard shipping is free on orders over SEK 899.
Delivery time is normally 1–2 working days from when the order has shipped. During the holiday period in weeks 25–26, delivery can take up to a week. Public holidays do not count as delivery days. We always do everything we can to keep to the estimated delivery time.
Please note that we do not deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden, with the exception of Gotland. Keep in mind that you may need to show ID when collecting your parcel.
Order confirmation:
When we have received your order, we send an order confirmation by email or text message, depending on what you choose at checkout.
Transport damage:
If transport damage occurs, please contact our customer service by email or phone as soon as possible. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency. A report should be made within a reasonable time after the damage was noticed or should have been noticed. It is important that you open and inspect your products carefully on receipt.
For business customers, transport damage must be reported within 7 days. Keep the packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, we offer redelivery, repair or a price reduction.
Uncollected parcels:
As a customer you are responsible for collecting your parcel within the stated time. Uncollected parcels are charged SEK 400. This covers shipping both ways, a handling cost and administrative fees. If you have more than three uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to block your customer account.
