Training clothes with Scandinavian design for movement
Training clothes with Scandinavian design are recognised by what holds. A waistband that stays put. Seams with direction. An expression that works as well at the gym as on the way through town.
We design in Stockholm, for women in motion. A pair of tights should sit still through the whole session. A jacket should give a clear silhouette even when the day continues somewhere else. That is the starting point, and it guides every choice we make.
Details with intent
Scandinavian design is often described as pared back. In training clothes it means clarity more than anything. Every line has a task. Zips lie flat. Panels follow the body's movement. The colour range is chosen so the garments can be combined without a second thought.
The result is a wardrobe that works together. Black against black. One muted tone against another. You do not need to plan a look. It is already there.
The fit carries the design
A garment can have the right material and still end up hanging in the wardrobe. The difference sits in the pattern construction. A high waist should enclose without digging in. Tights should sit firmly when the pace picks up and feel soft on a long walk.
Our Sculpting training tights are constructed with seams that give the silhouette direction. Slimline FlexFlow in gold is one example: a high, contour-sewn waist, a gold line along the seam and a fabric that is unusually soft against the skin. The tights are also made from 78 percent recycled polyester.
Sculpting as construction
Sculpting is a design choice, not a promise about what the body should be. Panels and deliberately placed seams frame the silhouette and keep the garment in place in motion. If you want to know more about how it works, there is our guide to Sculpting seams.
Layers that hold the silhouette
A training jacket often decides the whole. Iconic G2 has a wide, shaping hem at the waist and a looser fit over the torso. The combination gives definition without feeling tight. The zips are custom-made in gold, and the fabric is recycled ECO Circle. You will find more styles among our women's training jackets.
From session to everyday
A matching set gives a composed silhouette without planning. Tights and jacket in the same tone, a neutral top. More is rarely needed. On our page about training sets we show how the pieces belong together.
How to recognise quality
Look at what rarely shows in product photos. How the seams are placed. Whether the waistband is built to stay put. How the fabric feels after the tenth wash, not the first. The size chart says more than you think, especially for close-fitting garments where a few centimetres decide how the waist sits.
A garment with Scandinavian design should help you feel composed when the day changes direction. From session to meeting. From travel to dinner. Choose the details you notice every time you put the garment on: a waistband that holds, seams with function and a silhouette that feels like yours.
Anything but ordinary.
