All prices include VAT.
- Sweden: free shipping to a pick-up point over 899 kr. Below that, a pick-up point is 45 kr and home delivery 150 kr.
- Denmark: 50 DKK.
- Germany and Austria: free standard shipping over 99 EUR. Below 99 EUR, shipping is 6.95 EUR.
- Switzerland: free shipping over 82.99 CHF. Below that, shipping is 7.99 CHF.
- Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain: 5.99 EUR.
- Greece 6.99 EUR. Poland 19 PLN. Czechia 129 CZK. Hungary 1899 HUF.
- Norway 149 kr. Iceland 2599 ISK. United Kingdom from 5.99 GBP. United States 30 USD. Canada 35.99 CAD.
Any customs duty in Switzerland is handled by us in advance and is not visible to you as a customer.
Delivery time is normally 1 to 2 working days from when the order has been shipped. Public holidays do not count as delivery days. We always do everything we can to meet the estimated delivery time.
Please note that we do not deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden, with the exception of Gotland. Bear in mind that you as a customer may need to show identification when collecting your parcel.
Order confirmation: Once we have received your order, we send an order confirmation by email or SMS, depending on what you choose at the time of purchase.
Transport damage: If transport damage occurs, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We follow applicable consumer protection rules. A report must be made within a reasonable time after the damage was noticed. Open and inspect your products carefully on receipt.
Uncollected parcels: As a customer you are responsible for collecting your parcel within the stated time. Uncollected parcels are charged 400 kr. This covers shipping both ways, the handling cost and administrative fees.
