Delivery time and costs:
Wallderinska delivers worldwide! We always aim to ship orders the same day you place your order. If not we will ship weekday after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Possible delays in shipping orders may be due to an unusually high volume of orders coming in, or due to the freight company.

The delivery time is normally about 1-4 working days, depending from witch country you order from. During week 25 and the beginning of week 30, the delivery time can be one week due to. vacation times. And also Christmas and Black week times. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time, so that you can get your products home as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it can take a little longer than expected. Keep in mind that public holidays do not count as delivery days.
Customs and import duties:
Orders to Norway, the EU, EEA, EFTA (except Switzerland), and the Schengen countries are duty-free. For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and handling fees. We ask international customers to prepare for that possibility. Wallderinska has no control over possible import charges assessed by the countries importers.
Remember that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when handing over / delivering the products.
Rules for the UK after Brexit:
Free from customs fees for orders under £135. Handling fees and customs duties may be applied for orders with a value of £135 or over.
Damage gods: Should a transport damage occur, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service by e-mail or telephone, as soon as possible. We follow the Consumer Agency’s guidelines and the report must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the defect. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, notification of transport damage must have been received within seven days.
In order for the matter to be handled in the fastest possible way, we ask you to keep the product’s packaging so that this can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, re-delivery, remediation or price deduction is made.
Not released package: If we receive packages that have not been redeemed from the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs that arise in connection with such a return and the handling cost. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES CHARGED SHIPPING (round trip); HANDLING COST AND INVOICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES approx: SEK 500.
If you have more than three unredeemed packages, your customer account will be blocked for shopping with us.
