We understand that it’s not easy to get everything right on the first try, which is why we offer you a smooth return experience.
I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM: We want to offer a smooth return experience at Wallderinska. We aim to become more environmentally conscious and make more environmentally friendly choices. Be sure to think through your purchase, both before and after. If you really need to make a return, we respect this of course, it will (not) always be as you intended ?
– You have 30 days from the time your order is delivered to initiate a return.
– The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
– The product must also be in its original packaging, with intact labels.
Write down the name, address, order number, and why you want to return the item. You then email to: info@wallderinska.se and ask to have a return shipping note emailed to you.
When you have received a reply e-mail, print out the return shipping note and tape it to the bag. We credit your invoice / refund your money as soon as we receive your return. If you have chosen Klarna as the payment method, you need to pause the invoice via their service on your own.
Return shipping cost is SEK 270 for a product value up to SEK 1000, for product value over SEK 1500, the return cost is SEK 370, regardless of whether you send back at your own expense. There is NO right of return on goods for which you paid less than SEK 350
There is NO right of return on goods for which you paid less than SEK 350. If you return your order late, we reserve the right to charge SEK 300 for late returns. If you fail to collect you’r parcel we will charge you SEK 500 in addition to the previous shipping cost.
EXCHANGES: We don’t offer exchanges, only returns and refunds. Therefore, you need to return the product and be refunded. If you want a new product, you need to place a new order.
I GOT A DEFECT PRODUCT: All products you buy from Wallderinska are of high quality. If your item was presumably defective when you received it, we ask you to start a complaint as soon as the error has been noticed. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer must complain about a defect within a reasonable time as soon as you have discovered the defect. Defects that are discovered on goods within a reasonable time. Normal wear and tear and products older than two years is not a complaint. If you want to start a complaint, please send a picture and description of the defect together with name, address and order number and email to: info@wallderinska.se
Each complaint is processed and assessed manually, so it can take up to 14 days to process your particular case. Unauthorized complaints are returned to the sender. If the complaint is approved, we will send you a new item or money back. Depending on available stock.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT: If you have received the wrong item, email info@wallderinska.se name, address, order number and feel free to take a picture of the incorrect item. We will then send a return shipping note so you can send back the incorrect item. And sends you the right product.
WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY BACK? Once we have received and registered your return can take between 7-14 banking days before the refund is in your account. To avoid reminder fees, you should always pay or pause your original invoice before the due date until we have received and credited your return, regardless of the reason for return. When we have registered a refund, the case is transferred to Klarna / Swish or a bank that handles the refund.
We do not accept returns or changes of bikinis, underwear or swimwear due to health or hygiene reasons.
