If you have a change of heart and send the product back to us, we will see to that you get a refund within 10 days from the day we collect your package.
Please make sure that the product is in good conditions in order to proceed with the exchange/refund. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition which includes the original packaging.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable when returned for a refund or exchange.
As a customer you have the right to change your mind about your purchase up to 14 days. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery. If you want to send back your order you must ALWAYS contact our customer support first at email@example.com and wait for an affirmation that the return is valid.

If you want to change the size or color of your purchase, you will have to pay the shipping for your return and an administrative cost for handling the return. Note that you under no circumstances can return an item that has been sealed for health reasons. This includes the bikini and can therefore not be sent back. This means that you cannot get a refund after purchasing the bikini.
Failing to collect your package
If you for some reason fail to collect your order, we will charge you for the shipping. Both ways. We also reserve us the right to collect a fee for administrative costs such as invoice and product handling. If you have three uncollected packages we reserve the right to cancel your requests and client privileges at our shop. So please make sure you collect your orders, so we can keep you as a valuable customer.
